Luna van Leeuwen distinguishes herself through her strong musical storytelling. She has already won several competitions, including First Prize at the Royal Concertgebouw Competition in 2018, where her poetic and highly convincing playing was praised. In 2026, she won Second Prize at the Oskar Back Violin Competition. In addition, she demonstrates her social engagement by launching, together with her younger sister Donna (cello), a Children’s Climate Concert Day, where children and young people use music to raise awareness about the climate.
