Terms and conditions

The program is subject to changes. Tickets will only be repaid when a concert is cancelled. It is not allowed to make sound/movie recordings without permission of the festival organisation.

Ticket sales

Presales run from May 1st - July 10th. Until that date you wll receive your tickets by post. You can book tickets through our wbsite or the concert brochure. If you booked a ticket for a concert which is sold out, we will let you know. From July 10th on you can book tickets also by phone: 0031-505951306

At the door you can buy tickets in cash from 30 minutes before the concert starts (if the concert is not sold out). For the free concerts and the 17h-concerts at the conservatoire, you can not book tickets in advance,

Packages

The costs for a package as stated on the order form are including a concert ticket. So if you want to book a concert including the package, only fill in the number of tickets at the package-field. Drinks are not included, unless stated otherwise. It is not possible to visit a package without booking this in advance. It is possible that a restaurant will place visitors at combined tables. If you follow a special diet, don't eat meat etc. please inform the festival organisation.
